andronnai
So far on my 360 it has been running fine. But when i go to pick up LJ after the "Master and the Molotove" mission i get the disk read error as soon as i pull up close to LJ. Ive tried 7 times and get the error every time, same place. The disk looks fine, no scratches/dirt. Guess ill go return it and get another that will hopefully work. andronnai
Well im on my 3rd disk and keep getting the same "Disk is unreadable error". Still happens in the same place, ive even tried loading an earlier save a few missions before and played back up to this part, and same thing happened. Is it possible my save game is corrupt and causing the error and deleting all the gta4 info and starting a new game might work? Hobo-Lord
again, this is like the unniversal fix, all you need o do is clear your cache Turn on your Xbox 360. Scroll across to the system tab and select the storage devices option. Highlight the hard drive option (it should say "Hard Drive, 12 GB free", for example). Enter the following button sequence: Y, X, X, LB, RB, X, X. The following message should appear: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?" Select "Yes". Restart your console. You have now cleared your hard drive cache and your Xbox 360 should run faster and have improved game-play on certain games (The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Halo 3, or other games). if this dosnt work, trade in ur disc Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/338597-disk-read-error-same-spot-everytime/?do=findComment&comment=1058030399 Share on other sites
