Xbox 360 achievement problem

I have done exactly what my friend has done, he has the achievement i dont.

I took Roman out atleast 5 times, did all his missions and didn't get a phone call saying i have the Taxi Service thing available, therefore, no achievement.

I the last mission i did was Crime and Punishment.

A apparently Roman is still recovering from being shot so i cant call him

Anyone know what to do.

Also, how do i get Little Jacobs perk (buy weapons from him)

Im really confused.

Do i need to make a 2nd save game to do it?

you probably did a couple of cheats, so restart it, and dont do cheats.

I think you'll find i haven't entered any cheats at all

So do i have to make a 2nd save game then?

the next is 100%

respect is 45%

I got the same problem dude...I started 2 different games...and I can't get 1 achievement unlocked. I;m going to clear the XBOX360 cache to see if it fixs any problems ? I'm not using any cheats.....everything should work fine like it does for others!

I've narrowed it down to my account....I signed in with my dad's account...and did the first mission and got the achievement no problem...wtf M$ ?

Yeah im having serious problems too,

 

I cant get a single achievment, not a single one and ive done what was asked, like the 180 in darts beat the pool game, got off the boat and did uncle Vlad, its pissing me off slightly, i agree its the users profile i tried using my profile on a firends xbox and i cant get any, lol the amount of times ive did the first mission is well stupid :S

K guys...figured it out. I called M$ today..I had to do an account recovery! Just delete your account and recover it from Xbox LIVE. Make sure you know your windows LIVE ID. And only delete game profile. It will ask what you would like to delete profile AND saves etc. DO NOT ACCEPT THAT ONE. You only have to delete the profile it self. After I did account recovery I got my achievements like I should. Hope this helps guys.

Get up the respect mate. I belive it all has to be over 60% .

 

EDIT: yup found it!

Special ability: Unlocked at 60%. Call Roman and he will send a cab for no charge.

 

 

 

 

So everything needs to be over 60%

Typical, it's happening again.

My Jacob like is 68%

and his respect is 81%

I haven't recieved a call from Jacob saying i can buy guns from him now, like i did for Roman.

I tried ringing him, but it justs says "Yeah im busy call me back"

Then when i invite him to an activity, he answers and comes along.

Confusing.

Got Jacob too now.

Took him out one last time

You do account recovery.....from micosoft...you can never really delete your account..so that you cant get it back :S
