If you want to see it, fly to happiness island in a chopper and bail out at the top so you land on the viewing ledge. Go through one of the doors, climb the ladder! Its pretty difficult to get out the chopper and land on the ledge, because youve got to be low enough and close enough to not die. Took me a fair few tries to get it, but worth it! I've been in the real one so it was the first thing I wanted to do in this game.
