HELP!

I bought this game on release for Xbox 360. It hasnt left my my Xbox system yet and the disc is in perfect condition. Today I got up to 5 stars and stole a police boat. The moment I got in the boat, my controls went all screwy. The button assignments constantly changed. Like shoot would become jump then switch back. Then switch again. Also when I was in the boat, I was forced to be in slow mo cinematic view. Then it hiccuped and I shot forward for 40 yards at an unreal pase. While the camera issues were going on in the boat I stopped steering the boat and stood in the back. At that time all of my Nikko controls were fine. 5 minutes later I played Xbox live. But at that time, the control problems were affecting my character while on foot.

So in any vechicle I was having control problems, camera problems, and it would jump in and out of slow mo. On foot, it was just control issues. But I got a little pissed off and didnt investigate that one as much.

 

And since I have been sitting here typing up this QQ, my roommate was playing and the problem has stopped. But any ideas would be nice in case it becomes a bigger issue.
