If you stand exactly where the objective point on your radar is and take a picture, it works. I found it kinda tricky too. You can either do that or stand exactly at the entrance of the Basketball court and then snap away. Once X tells you which one Marlon is, just run to the left side of the basketball court (Where there's a few tree's), sniper him and leg it. Should work. Good luck.
