Dazla Posted April 30, 2008 Share Posted April 30, 2008 Er Empire State building and Chrysler building, Ive heard theres lifts to go up to the top of these, however ive not come across one? You can go to the Rotterdam Tower (Empire State Building) observatory through one of the doors on the bottom floor, but you can't go in the building itself. It's a pretty cool view of the city from up there. Also there's a flying rat. EDIT: If you want to go on top of the other buildings then get a helicoptor on the lower east side of Algonquin.
