Nah, it's next-generation games, no more PS2. The only platform that can have a release any time soon is PC. Otherwise it's in no way out for PS2. I'm pretty sure even if it was they would've made it look sh!t as hell just like FIFA 08 on PS2.

PC is questionable platform now that consoles can do everything a PC can, including mouse and KB; there is no reason, except for the fans of mouse+KB gaming, for developers to work on PC titles anymore. So, that's doubtful as well, because PC nerds (like myself) can buy a console or GTFO of the next gen.

I have about 10 good reasons why that would be the stupidest purchase a GTA fan can make.

It's out of line to label me a fanboy after all I have been proved accurate on. There was a time you could say that, then hope I was wrong. But now, pfft. Exactly why I don't have one. The only console game I'm interested in. I'm holding out for the PC version like many others, but if it doesn't come, I guess I'll get the one that isn't getting burnt up by the only game I want it for? You know what I mean?

I don't care about PC gaming... coz PC's for me are about audio recording, video editing, and browsing the internet... not gaming

This is the voice of the majority. Right here. We can all hope for the PC version; but the xbox IS a PC, but one that is limited to gaming. It also Enhances the gaming experience with things it did first, and did well.

 

These new consoles were created with the intent of making gaming it's own separate thing from copmputers, because many people think just like this dude (and there is nothing wrong with that, although it does contribute to the lack of good PC games being released for those of us who would rather utilize our hardware than use it for only a few of its uses and be forced to buy a new gadget)

Actually dude, I like the PS3 more then the 360 also but, PS3 is using last gen hardware too. I mean it's GPU is based off the 7800GTX, if that's not last gen then what is my 8800?

Some things are more important than buying a games console for one game, especially judging by what I've heard both of the current systems to offer for GTA IV are not the slightest bit reliable, just look down these forums or the troubleshooting board.
