ICEKING_688 Posted April 30, 2008 Share Posted April 30, 2008 On the game, I walked past this random ped, to go and see Roman, and a cutscene ensued, with this ped, commenting on Niko's clothing, guessing he was from Eastern Europe, he then dug into his pockets and gave Niko $100.
