Agravice Posted April 30, 2008 Share Posted April 30, 2008 You need to get his likeness towards you (not respect) above 75%. Check the stats page to see how you're progressing. Also, when he does finally want to sell you weapons, he usually arrives a few blocks away from your location so call while you're in a car.
