Rambone2007 Posted April 30, 2008 Share Posted April 30, 2008 (edited) ***Please use SPOILER tags in this thread as some people probably haven't gotten as far as you have in the story*** IN-GAME: I was on an epic chase from the cops during that mission earlier in the game where you transport Jeremiah as a favor for Roman. Anyway....this chase was EPIC!!!!! No matter what I did I couldn't shake the cops. About 5 minutes into the chase, the car junked out so me and Jeremiah hopped out of the car to look for new wheels. After running about half a block, I jack a sports car. However, this guy is putting up a serious fight right as the cops are honing in on us. Keep in mind, that I'm unarmed. Anyway... Jeremiah is screaming at me to get in the car and continue the chase but I can't because this ped is trading blows with me (and kinda winning). A moment later...a cop corners us and tries to arrest me but I resist. Next thing you know.....POP! POP! POP! Jeremiah gets riddled with bullets and goes down. Then, without much of a pause...BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Niko gets decimated by 3 shotgun blasts!!! As I'm in the "black and white dying mode", the ped who I tried to jack gets a shotgun blast to the face and falls to ground right next to me!!! I was like "HOLY sh*t!!!!". CUTSCENE: I'm not going to use SPOILER tags for this one because it's right in the beginning. It's the part where Niko visits Roman's sh*thole apartment for the 1st time. Niko is telling Roman about how he did bad things during the war and how he was young and "it's probably no excuse". He then realizes that Roman is nodding off to Niko's heartfelt disclosure and Niko's like "ARE YOU f*ckING SLEEPING, ROMAN??? YOU FAT f*ck!!!" I got a huge bellylaugh out of that one. Now Roman is so cheap that he's not paying the cabbie who is giving you free rides, and what makes it funny is what the cab driver talks to you about when you're getting your ride "ARE YOU AWARE THAT I'M NOT EVEN GETTING PAYED FOR THIS SH**!?!? I HAVE TO SPEND MY DAY DRIVING AROUND MY FU**ING BOSSES STUPID COUSIN AND I'M NOT GETTING PAYED" He usually goes on like that for a while then he seams to branch of into conversation about all the chicks he has banged after the cab rides and so on. Out of nowhere I saw a ped run up to a cab, pull out the driver and deck him in the face. The drivers hat went flying off and he was knocked down by that one punch. The ped then took off running away screaming... I lol Then I took the cab and moments later I pissed off the po po and an officer grabbed the door handle as I drove off. I held on for awhile until I did a 180 making his body fly up and slam onto the roof. Then I dropped the controls and pooped all over my cat... jk... no not really... yeah... jk. Posted May 1, 2008 Share Posted May 1, 2008 In one of the first missions where you have to beat up 3 loan sharks and then drive Roman home, I totaled Roman's car and he had to take the bus home. Then he yelled at me and I failed the mission. Pretty funny... I also love running into people until they get mad and start beating you up, and then running in front of a cop car so the cops chase the guy that was beating you up. Classic. Well, I took some chances and took cover, and the next thing I know, about twelve NOOSE units are moving up to my right, shooting at me. I have just enough time to aim my M4 and unleash a devestating couple of magazines into the officers, and helmets are flying everywhere. One police cruiser hit some construction junk and barrel-rolled right by me. The first friendly police officer was knocked down by my desert eagle, but the second one laid there and cried to himself for three minutes, then it got annoying so I left him a friend (handgrenade) to accompany him. On our way to wherever we were going for our date, I decided that it would be a good idea to jump over this little (I thought it was little) ledge to make the trip faster. We hit the ledge and got thrown so far that Michelle hit a brick wall and I went flying and landed on a sidewalk. After she got up and it said "You scared your friend" or something, in red on the screen and than she just walked away. There is a small open fence with some dirt ramp on the freewat (a turn), he went too fast, hit the dirt ramp, and flew off, and yell "shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!" I was absolutely gunning it across Algonquin Bridge in an old car then I hit something and flew somersaluting out on the windscreen for so long. This was the first time it had happened to me so I really laughed. Then when you break into Bernie's flat and it quickly becomes apparent that we have the wrong guy... I was shooting at the car I was chasing which was smoking, then he suddenly hits the brakes, and explodes as soon as I hit the back bumper, I fly through the window and am then blown about 30ft high by the explosion, then land between the wreckage of his car and another car which had now caught fire. I stand up, catch fire, fall on floor and roll, then I stand up again, just as the car beside me explodes and I r be dead =( Another funny moment would be jumping out of a car at almost full speed, only tp slam my head into a concrete pillar and die My most recent one would be on a grenade massacre I stood a bit too close to my grenade and got thrown head first into a wall and die Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Had the sirens blaring, tearing through traffic on one of the main roads in brooklyn/queens. And thats when I stumbled upon some kind of shortcut. At the end was a jump or something. As I launched off, I went flying over the edge and then......Landed Directly in the branches of this major freaking tree. The car was still running, except it was about 20 feet in the air. Just suspended in the tree. Soon, cops found me and began shooting the car from the ground. I rotated the camera, and this was not a glitch. It was seriously lodged in between two branches. GulfstreamIV Posted May 1, 2008 Share Posted May 1, 2008 Mine would have to be when I walked up to a guy selling hotdogs/hamburgers on a street corner, I watched a customer buy a burger then I proceeded to run into the guy which caused him to drop the burger. I then picked it up and threw it at the guy selling the food. He fell over backwards then finally got up and back into his original postion. I ran around to the other side and picked the burger up and kept throwing it at him till it killed him. Absolutely hilarious, death by a hamburger.
