Saint Mark's Bistro is not ingame, I believe. Read the name, it's in Saint Mark, right? I don't think there is Saint Mark on this game too. Like in San Andreas on the St Mark's Bistro mission when you have to fly to Liberty City(took me 20 trys to actually get through the marker) and well it was Liberty City. Like in San Andreas on the St Mark's Bistro mission when you have to fly to Liberty City(took me 20 trys to actually get through the marker) and well it was Liberty City.
