Yes, when i read the manual of GTA IV, Lazlow is involved in doing all the commercials with Dan Houser. Mainly all the funny stuff on the radio is done by Lazlow. He's quite a important guy for Rockstar when you see that they are still working together. The story and scenes were written by Dan Houser and Rupert Humphies.
