Then set cops to be off, and then you got Liberty City without cops That's a ridiculous method, what if he hasn't got PSN/Xbox Live? --- @ hard2thecore : The only possible way known to reduce wanted levels is the Wanted Level Down cheat. Press up twice whilst ingame and it will bring up the cellphone with it's keypad. Enter these numbers and press the blue phone button: 267-555-0100. The cheat should activate. When you want to use the cheat again, press UP once to bring up the cell phone menu. Select 'cheats' and scroll through the cheats and activate the ones you need.
