freshlaundryX
It seems to me that Parties are getting dropped all the time. Can we try and gather all the info here in one place as to how to keep your party going? (Part of the problem is the networking issues. Should be resolved soon.) ---------------- How NOT to LOSE your PARTY Q: When I try out of a game early or after the game is done, we lose the party. A: Do NOT use your cellphone to LEAVE GAME during the game -- you will leave your party behind! (right?) A: Do NOT hit (B) Back to exit out of a game after the game -- you will leave your party behind! Instead you have to wait till you get back into the lobby, and then you can use (<) BACK BUTTON to get back to the lobby with your buddies, or it will just take you there when the game is done. Q: But what if you want to extract your crew early? How do you do that? A: I don't know. I don't think you can. ---------------- Q: How do I invite friends from the Lobby -- ?? A: (Use the xbox blade?) ---------------- Q: Can you choose the non-team modes with a party or will it kick everyone out? A: When I did it, it kicked everyone. But perhaps this was just a networking glitch? I think you should be able to. ---------------- Q: How can *I* be the party leader instead of waiting for some douche to figure out what all the game settings mean? A1: Answer 1 is that you can take your party to someone else's game, and then when they eventually leave one of you will be crowned party leader. This way we are required to help populate other people's games, just like they will populate yours! A2: Answer 2 is that you can do a custom game, I think. You can choose to have it private or public. Multiplayer - Player Match - Custom Game ---------------- Any other advice or confirmations? I think the way Multiplayer is set up will get more obvious to us, but right now people really need help getting this party system together and keeping it together.
