Anytime the mobile said cannot connect, I simply made sure the game was saved, immediately shut off the console and turned it back on, and it worked for me. Live in Mississauga Ontario my not be the multiplayer... maybe your connection.... don't be misguided by the fact that eventhough your NAT might say "OPEN," that you really have an open connection... (this post is directed towards the OP and everyone else) first look at how you are connected to live.... highspeed cable? DSL? wireless? direct from modem? through a router? also one should check their speed of their connection with a general "speed test" online... look at your UPLOAD speed... that is what is useful for multiplayer..... generally speaking... Highspeed cable is better than most DSL, you should really be running directly through a modem, if you have wireless throw it out, b/c it is crap slow.... if you are running through a router then you most definately should open your ports... the dashboard can be misleading b.c it might say your NAT is open... but in actuality if you haven't opened your ports you aren't efficiently maximizing your connection.... (this can also help if your NAT is strict or moderate) ...so honestly everyone will either be saying "it works fine" or "i can't connect," those that cannot connect should first and foremost look at their connection in general before jumping to conclusions about servers....
