Solution to video output settings problem!

Would anyone let me know if this works:

 

Apparently there is a few methods to bypass this restriction.

 

For Resistance method:

 

1. Play a campaign

2. Press start in game (for the pause menu)

3. At the pause menu, eject Resistance disc

4. Insert the affected Blu-Ray disc (GTA IV)

5. Select "Save and quit" from the menu

6. The game will boot up
