thesm Posted April 30, 2008 Share Posted April 30, 2008 Just wait, do each mission you can and people will call you soon enough asking you to do stuff. Also I dont think you can phone a cab. Damitri Posted April 30, 2008 Share Posted April 30, 2008 I had the same problem - played around for hours just stealing cars and exploring. Also took Roman to the strp club several times but the story did not move forward. Turns out you actually have to go and see Roman (R on the map). Do that and you'll be fine...
