Graphical issues on 360

I'm playing on 720p and all of my other games look fine. The game looks griddy and colors aren't blending at all. patchy graphics and HORRIBLE long distance skyscrape images. It reminds me of old 2d games with a horrible pixely backdrop. anyone else having this problem?

yeah the pixel backdrop looks awful.

gta4 runs at 720p internally

and xbox scales it to fit output resolution in system settings

(it is not a full high definition game like halo 3 or burnout)

plus the graphics are not very good in general

i think due to the new RAGE engine not being that good yet

hopefully the service update will improve things

if enough people complain ...

Yea my copy has crappy pixilated shadows which make everything look bad and i'm running it on an HDTV at 720p. I can't put it up to 1080 because i only have a 26" in my room.

I'm gonna try and replace my copy of the game, and if that fails then i blame the xbox. confused.gif

Accually halo3 isn't even HD, it runs at 630p, and is upscaled to 720p/1080p... And it's the same with the ps3 version of GTA4 (the ps3 version of gta4 runs at 630p, while the 360 version is 720p)
