SealsNav
no one can help me? I had the same problem...try putting your contrast in game to maximum and also mess around with your TV contrast settings. Also try adjusting the colour abit to get the look you feel comfortable with. I couldn't see hardly anything, the shadows were almost black during the day and then put my contrast all the way up and then the shadows were light grey and I could finally see Niko properly. Magic_Al
Xbox 360 Video Calibration Procedure for GTA4 by Magic_Al Set your console's output resolution in the settings of Dashboard. Choose Optimal Resolution if available. Insert into your game console a MOVIE DVD that features the THX Optimizer. You can tell from the THX logo on the DVD box's spine. (Some movies that have this are Star Wars and Indiana Jones but other non-Lucas movies have it too.) In the DVD movie's menus, find and use the THX Optimizer. Do the Video Tests and adjust your TV according to the on-screen instructions. The important parts are the Contrast and Brightness adjustments but you can do all steps if you wish. Eject the movie and insert your game disc. If you have previously adjusted video settings in the game's menus, change them back to the default settings or the middle settings. Everything should now look great with the game video settings at default because your TV should now be calibrated to professional standards the game was designed around. The same settings will also make DVD movies look great so you fixed two problems at once. Note: if you change the display settings of the Xbox 360 you will have to repeat the THX Optimizer again because each of the display settings outputs different video levels.
