Free will exists so that a man can take responsibility for what he does. God did not intend for all our wrongdoings to be blamed on a boogeyman or scapegoat. You are responsible for what you do. And if anyone goes on a kill crazy rampage and blames the game it only indicates their own immaturity. What kind of moron would even entertain the idea of going after the arts in order to save the morals of others? Here's an idea folks: Notice the age rating. 18 plus right? It's not for children. The Bible doesn't mention GTA4 (I checked ). I know what is right and wrong. I know this is a computer game, I also know that I am not living my life as someone IN a computer game. M4CH Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 I'm a Christian and yet I play these games - my preorder should arrive tomorrow when I'm taking a day off just to play it. I don't feel it's right of me to get involved with games like this but it's a choice I've made all the same. Stealing virtual cars and shooting virtual people seem far enough removed from real life not to bother me; I'll admit that the sexual stuff makes me uncomfortable though. If I could play GTA IV and have as much fun if the sex and violence wasn't in there then that'd be great.
