It isn't and there is nothing remotely unrealistic about satchel charges etc. remote control homemade explosives are more realistic then military grade rocket launchers appearing on the black market. so then the real question is, if there isn't satchel charges, why is there rocket launchers? One on feed I saw a guy throwing soda cans at people and in another I saw a guy with a weapon I can't even explain. The satchel charges are one of the few things I miss. It would have been plenty fun rigging booby traps throughout your apartment when the NOOSE comes a-knockin'. Apart from Packie's car bombs, you also use two satchel charges in Bomb da Base II for multiplayer, but they're only planted at two spots as objectives, and aren't useable as weapons.
