Watching Niko interact with a parachute sounds like less fun than watching him interact with concreate (or perhaps even somebody's vehical) at the speed of gravity via the euphoria engine. Just make one zombie NPC and have the cheat code replace all NPCs with zombies. That would also make for an awesome multiplayer setup! Realistically I'm mostly hoping for peds riot and peds with guns to be in the game as those cheats have always been my GTA faves. doing taxi missions with that setup is soooo amazing! A gravity gun cheat would be pretty fun for messing around. Also, that cheat in SA where you could recruit anyone off the street to follow you.
