Can we grab onto moving trucks?

In screenshots/trailers we saw Niko holding onto the back of a moving truck. Is it possible to do this at any time? or is it just a cutscene in 1 mission or something?

 

Let me know exactly how this works. Thanks.

 

(or I could just find out myself tomorrow, but I'm anxious!)

I think its just a cutscene as I remember reading a review, infact this will be a mission spoiler:

You have to steal a truck apparently and inorder to do this you need to jump onto the trucks roof, then balance as it turns corners until you can, eventually, smash through the window (kicking him out) and drive off.

 

However, I have seen people grab onto vehicles to try and keep their balance but nothing so advanced as in the screenshot.
