Seddo Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 If it doesn't effect you when other people use the cheats then why moan?. The cheats won't be available in multiplayer anyway. The cheats add the extra bit of fun, not everyone is going to be using the cheats to complete the game, there just there for that extra bit of fun if you get bored. Some little help in hard missions is also welcome, but seriously.... Cheats and GTA, thats for me like bread and butter, it squeezes the extra crazyness out of the game. I do exactly the same thing, cheating in the game takes the fun out of it for me, but sometimes i'll want to go on a rampage, get 6 stars and see how long i can last. SICKRAGE Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 (edited) i don't cheat to do the missions, i only cheat for when i go on rampages and to cause mayhem but after i'm done i won't save it gotta be careful this time round, auto save could f*ck all that up if i forget to turn it off. same with me, i like 2 beat the game how it was intended, cheats in single player also screw you out of some trophies. i also like 2 play on the hardest difficulty, to better prepare 4 joining muliplayer. in gta4's case, i played through the game with no auto aim. i like 2 think of single player/story mode/campaine, tranning grounds 4 multiplayer. after all that, then i use cheats 2 keep singlplayer interesting longer. and cuz' i like 2 rampage sh*t up lol this goes 4 all games i buy. or theres always creating another profile, and having one -no cheats- and the other -cheats- Edited May 16, 2009 by SICKRAGE Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

pariah87 Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 (edited) I never ever used cheats to beat a game EVER. I use cheats to enhance the gameplay. Like in SA you could use the cheat to aim anywhere in a vehicle and then super punch and super bike jump and city riot. Fun times.. fun times. Or spawning a HYDRA!!!!!!! Also for GTA IV I have a seperate game save file that has all friend abilities and all the cheats on the phone already so whenever I just wanna cause mayhem I just load it up.
