TheFreshPrince
I am buying a HDMI cable for my tv that I want to connect to my PS3. What I want to know is there a particular one (cable) the works with the PS3 or do all the HDMI cables work because I am looking at one now for 15euro??? Thanks for the help! Fuzzknuckles
HDMI cables really vary in price. Main thing to think about first is how long a cable do you need? Mine is a meter long and only has to run about 60cm between my Xbox and my TV - it cost about £10 (about the same in Euros, I guess). There are some which cost up to £80! I really can't think what the difference in quality can be, as I guess they're all made with much the same materials. If you don't need more than a meter, don't buy more than a meter. I could have paid £25 for a meter long cable that was made by a well-known brand, but it didn't seem worth it. The cheaper options all do the same thing. As far as I know, the PS3 has a standard HDMI output port, so you should just need a basic cable. And, of course, a TV with an HDMI input Signatures are dumb anyway. archiebunker
Get all your cables off of monoprice.com. HDMI shouldn't be as expensive as you see in retail stores. As for quality, HDMI either works or it doesn't.
