I wonder if everyone will still stay with Play.com or go elsewhere? I personally would still stay with Play as they usually have a great service all the time and I usually get games before the release. Maybe this Is Rockstars fault? GTANutter Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 Damn it, I really had my hopes up for a day early as it said sent on 23rd but like those above, has now been changed to today. I don't hold it against Play though, this is probably the most work they have ever had to do. What other game would have this many people sitting around with the day off work trying to work out what they are going to do for the rest of the day? In fairness the game doesn't come out till tomorrow and im pretty sure play will have it to me by tomorrow morning. Albeit an irrelevant detail because im going to the shop at midnight to buy it and i'll sell the other copy to someone else. I'll still use play though, they have never let me down before and havent really let me down this time, just got my hopes up and then slashed them a bit. I asked about the change of Posted dates and he said that it was a system error, I asked if i would get it tomorrow and he said that it was a possibility but not guaranteed. Obviously covering his own arse. I Tell you something, I'm not shopping with Play.com again if i don't get this game tomorrow because they mess about to much, I had similar problems when I had WoW TBC on preorder and didn't get it for another week after release. Extremely pissed off at this moment and broke so i cant go hunting in the morning. They did say it was 1st class so hopefully there is still a chance it will be here for Tuesday. That or they have lied again. I hate the way they change statuses on the website.
