NYC_55david Posted April 28, 2008 Share Posted April 28, 2008 To make it clear, the game itself is region locked. Meaning, the NTSC version won't work on any console other than NTSC. Period. The console will tell you invalid region. A PAL game (from UK for example) will work on all PAL consoles (including Australia). The UK game may not work in multiplayer still, but that is another story. f*ck. So it's true then? Wow, this really sucks.. been waiting to play this a long time with my buddy from Australia. incorrect all ps3 games are region free i have imported many games from the states and britain and they work perfectly, as does online play and i am in Australia Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There were about 10 or 12 people in line with me, and I got the last non pre-order PS3 version. Thank god for that, I would've been mighty pissed if I missed out.
