Plus, the UK operates using the PAL format, which would make it compatible with most Australian hardware. I gave you multiple views of the same email. Maybe it's because i emailed European support. Maybe they're not as in-depth as the American support team. But either way, the email is REAL. He is just stating that there are different regions for games and he isn't even sure if a UK (PAL) version of the game will work on an AU (PAL) console, which I can guarantee you will work.
