My guess is that they haven't been collected yet which is why they're not showing up. Regarding money, stuff I bought last week is dated today on my statement - so that never bothers me! They have to prepare the orders several days early, which ends in your cards being charged early, and possibly emails being sent... when in fact nothing has shipped yet. Shopto, luckily, have a forum... so most of the people that ordered there saw the post stating that even if you're charged or told your game has dispatched, it definitely has not. Nothing was to move until Monday. I suspect other places have done the same thing, and misled their customers into thinking they'd receive the game early. If they have something and they can deliver it they will, they don't care if a shop has asked them not to deliver yet. If anything it takes up warehouse space. Meh, I'm not arsed anymore. No, the dispatched note from the retailer means its now in the hands of the delivery agent Royal Mail (Parcel Force). All the retailer can do is tell the customer when the item has been collected by the courier (RM) and they don't have control of them! Also people who were told that it was dispatched on Satuday, its reasonable that it won't arrive untill Tuesday...thats the way weekend mail usually works.
