It was always sort of unrealistic in the other games when stupid paramedics would bring back to life some guy you just bludgened to death, but it was also kind of funny. No if somebody is dead that's it... they cant revive them and they leave them there. If a person is injured they'll try to fix them and get them back to health. I loved on the previous ones you shoot a guy 20 times with a shotgun and they just come and give him CPR and he's alive again. What I always did was kill gang members, take their guns and then once the ambulance comes and revives them all they can do is get up and run away cause they had no weapons. Very realistic.
