But, as a gamer, I do not believe that we cannot enjoy a game with someone a lot younger or older than ourselves. Personally, I feel that video games help remove the uneasiness that usually comes with trying to interact with someone of a different age group, racial group, and to a lesser extent, religious groups. Of course, there are cons, and like you mentioned, people yap into their headsets, obnoxiously. We have to realize there is no way we can avoid racism. Just, stay off your mic, like I do, and keep mom about your race or age. It's not like anyone will have anything to say against you if you don't speak. Well, silence is golden. BTW, I am 16 years old. It's simply not fair to generalize out of age. People are generally immature, whether or not age is concerned. As for the age: there are morons in every age-group. Had a nice shootout with a 14 year old and a 32 year old sent me hatemail because I didnt invite him... Just play and then sort them out, that is how I play GTA. Keep in mind, that in a year or so you might need as many friends as you can get because 80% of the players moved on to an other game. There are morons in every age-group. I fully agree. However, there are things like "statistics" and "probability." I find it disturbing that most people forget about these two concepts. There is a strong tendency for teenagers to be immature and ignorant. It's true that there are exceptions but that has nothing to do with the problem. If we assumed that the level of immaturity among highly educated people over 30 is "x," then I would suggest that this number is ten times higher among teenagers. If any of you own a 360 and would like to get a few games in... let's make it happen! I have NOTHING against anyone younger... but in my experiences... when I've played some online with kids younger then 16 they tend to be pretty obnoxious, racist and/or lagging all over etc. NOT ALL but quite a few. So if you're a 360 user here's my Gamertag: Krumbz Hit me up! Thanx! Krumbz * I'm not into the whole racism thing so if that's your thing... cool... but I'm just not interested personally.
