Does this mean my buds and I can go bowling, go to burger shot, play darts, go to strip clubs, ect? Or will it just be the open world and the shooting and stuff. Wondering if you could go play pool or darts or go to the comedy club with another multiplayer buddy while the rest of the multiplayer people are crashing and banging outside? Sounds almost funny to be doing something so 'low-key' while others are blowing up helicopters with rocket launchers right outside your building.
