Sperm bank and marathon

on the R* social club site (link) there's an ad advertising a sperm bank. Could this be a method of getting money?

 

Also on the site there is an ad for the liberty city marathon. It say "get ready for the 29th of April". what does this mean? is there a online event on that day or is it just kinda talking about the games release?

 

what are your ideas?
