The 'sexual content' in leaked footage is the same content that is shown in some random gameplay clips on IGN. Both are non-censored, as there's nothing to censor because there's no nudity. Clothes stay on.. you just see the said hooker on top of Niko, or doing other 'sexual acts' that can't really be seen, but you get an idea of what's happening. I haven't seen the IGN version but I did see the LV one. I found it to be what I call more graphic then the text description I read earlier.
