gibbs1189
I got the RROD on my first 360, sent it back and 3 weeks later i got a new one from MS, well a few days ago my "new" 360 got the RROD again, but it didnt last and it started working again after i unplugged it all and rehooked it up, but the next day it did it again 2 more times. I called MS and the guy had me wait while i booted up Assassins Creed and tried to make it do it again to check and see if it was the power supply and not the console itself, but it never did it, i ended up playing AC for a few hours and then watching A Clockwork Orange without any problems. Does anyone know why this would happen? I have a fan going on my 360 when i play it so it wont over heat, does this help or hurt the console even more? Any suggestions on ways to keep the RROD from happening would be nice. I dont know what ill do if it craps out on Tuesday

gibbs1189
Right, but GTA 4 is out on tuesday! I cant wait any longer! How long do they take to send it back the second time? The first time it was "fixed" they said they would overnight it if it broke again, along with a free game of my choosing...

gibbs1189
I saw a guy leave a reply on another topic who said his Elite RROD'ed, what i was going to do is, if it messes up again, im going to sell it to gamestop and a few games, then just buy a new one, or send it in to MS again and borrow a friends
