Its pretty funny we live in an age where swearing is bad but you are playing a game where you are "murdering" people. If your mom is more worried about swearing then killing something is wrong... I haven't read anything about the sound/language options yet. I'd say the chances are 50/50 on that though. It's rated for adults but they might have considered the multiplayer language issue.
