Patrick McReary
I don't think it's a bug. I think it's so people can't trap eachother under cars.
TheGimp88
Maybe he didn't fall down? It looks like he just kinda bumped off the hood and rolled round the side of the car.

MalR
It's a kind of lag/desync, very unimportant. The small time difference between gameplay when played online let the guy driving appear to hit the other guy, and since, on his screen, he hit him, the guy walking fell down. On the guy's screen who got "Hit", he really didn't get hit, not on his screen at least. So he just kept walking in the way he was, and the game re-synced him to where he ACTUALLY was, which is why he appeared to stand up so fast, he never really fell on his screen. This is caused by the ping between players. Because, in most cases, everything YOU SEE people doing is actually a few miliseconds behind what they're ACTUALLY doing. Kind of hard to describe. But nonetheless, it's nothing to worry about, at all.
