My guess is that the people who don't like it aren't old enough to buy the game and are scared that mommy or daddy could see the blood splattering against the screen in the game. These little bits of visual flair help o set games apart from one another as truly shining beauties of creativity... the fact that one or two may not like it doesn't mean that its great, it just means that you are harder to please and don't appreciate subtlety. But when it's in video games I'm alright with it. and just for the record, there isn't suppose to be a camera following you around, in games or in a movie. You are suppose to be removed from reality. The blood and water spattering on the camera lens is just a friendly reminder that the aliens will show up in the DLC and/or GTA V. Actually, its sort of low-brow that Rockstar would put that in there, its out of place and immersion breaking. It's disappointing in that it is just a neato effect put in there without consideration for context, R* ususally chooses the high road, not in this case unfortunately. But as i said i havn't noticed any, so the ones worrying, should not . One thing i do know and like is the blood on niko's clothes when he gets shot or kills someone in close range.
