Alright i have a 360 and a regular fat screen ( not flat screen ) It has the cables for red green and blue Am i Playing in Hd or is it Standard because i dont know Is it 480p?

standard av cables are usually red white and yellow and also check your 360 settings to see which resolution it is running in i say its probably 480p

Just use the reg plugs, yellow white and red.

It's a one-time purchase and you won't regret it - it enhances the picture and audio and gives games a much more crisp image. It also makes the text a lot clearer, that's always good especially if you play Dead Rising.
