As for me, I'll probably be crashing the Royal Mail site in a sec, seeing if the lazy gits have loaded my parcel into the system yet. The e-mail said they've charged my card, so I take it on good authority that it was actually sent out - after all, they TOLD ME that it was. Which is why I'll be fighting a private battle for £5 tomorrow if it doesn't appear. I've already got the day off work, so it'll give me something to do. I just have this feeling that a phone call will result in "but it isn't actually out yet", and that kind of reaction. Which is true, I understand, but people like me have taken a day off in order to be in to sign for it. Luckily I'm off Tuesday as well as I booked it originally!
