We're also getting a similar achievement system with PS Home Trophies (although that won't be for a while >.>). I'm not pissed about DLC, I actually have a 360 but prefered the PS3 version of the game. PS3 will probably get DLC too sometime later in the future, but I'm content with the game itself. If you were really GTA fans you'd want extra content and I think it's pretty damn obvious that the confirmed DLC for 360 at the moment means it has the upper hand as a version of Grand Theft Auto, the game you claim to love. If youre putting money into something its clear the benifits outweight the costs, by principle. So we have one side saying there game will look better. Fine. Than we have the other side saying "Yeah, BUT (key word) we get downloadable conduct". Both sides are finding reasons to justify there purchase. And when there are choices and preferences you're going to have squabbles. Whether its PS3 vs 360, Pc vs Mac, apples and f*cking bananas. Two sides to every argument. So if you're really on the fence it comes down to which one has more of the advantages you like. However, I think people like nugget have too much free time on there hands and had already made up their mind before they made the topic. are you stupid, ps3 has said to be the better framerate version.... Honestly, i was planning to buy a PS3 last year, to join my 360, but the library of games and upcoming titles was just not good enough so I decided to wait a while. The games I was gonna buy the ps3 for (GTA IV and RE5) had already been announced on 360 as well. If I had purchased a PS3 on launch, I would be slighty disappointed, as there just aren't enough good, fun, single and multiplayer games (IMO of course) to justify the price tag. 360 is cheaper, and has more games that fit my playstyle. There's plenty variety and many good multiplayer games. But this just goes toward all the PS3 fanboys that try to take any little thing and blow it up to start an arguement. I actually bought The PS3 version because I've always loved their controls. Simple as that. Then again I'm not really a "DLC" kind of guy, I've never downloaded or bought any DLC in my life other than for multiplayer purposes (CoD4 maps ftw!). This last statement is a bit harsh. Then again it depends on what you consider to be a "real" GTA fan. Both consoles have great games (released and up-coming) so stop judging it off of one. They also have different abilities like watching movies and browsing the internet. One game does not justify your purchase regardless what you bought. Consoles have advanced so much they're now multi-media systems more then game stations. I did but i only saw it said that in Australia and well no offence to the people from OZ but they only have sold 200k PS3's there compared to 350k 360's. So 3-1 could be the PS3 sells 150k GTA4's and the 360 sells 50k. Either way in terms of worldwide sales the only way to compare is with COD4 as it's the only multi-platform game with a high enough profile. And sales wise with that it's no competition. Or... or maybe it's just because we're annoyed with all the f*cking prepubescent 360 f*cking fanbois shoving crap into our faces like "OMG PS3 SUX my daddy bought me a 360 it's so cool we get DLC hahaha pS3 sucks we get DLC xbox and microsoft forever fagguts!' That sh*t is annoying. Unfortunately, that type of stuff tends to come from the 360 camp more than the ps3 camp. The simple fact is that the PS3 runs it better. 360 owners get the special crap at an earlier date... but honestly, I really don't give a sh*t. The regular game got a 10/10 in every review I've read. If I find that boring without DLC, I don't deserve to be playing either version, so I don't know why this is such a source of pride for 360 owners. The PS3 is more powerful, and runs the game better than the 360. End of story. I like the 360. I really do. It's a great system for the past few years, and this year. Unfortunately, it will soon be outclassed by the power of the PS3. This game is the first example of it. PS: PS3 gets the same sh*t at a later date. Who cares about it.
