Watinho
I live in Poland, near the Eastern Europe and Russia, and I know that you should spell his name "Bell-itch" not americanized "Bell-ick"
Mickled
Bell-itch sounds rather unpleasant. Can it be treated?

CaptainKon
i dont see why is should be spelled different because its a last name, i know someone with the last name beater but its spelled beter. last names dont have to be changed because of where you live
.Up&Coming.
There was a topic on this a while ago... I don't think that's what was implied, but I heard Niko scratches his.."bell-itch" if you leave him standing around. Edit: I know a guy with the last name Cox. Watinho
But if you want to feel more atmosphere of the game, you sould spell like a Russian
DarkStream
Well, of course its Bell-itch. Even I know that c equals itch, and I'm Swiss... Bell-ick sounds just wrong and stupid for an east european name. Reminds me of Bellick from Prison Break.... awwwww, just perfect, now I always have Bellick in my head when I see Niko.. larma
But if you want to feel more atmosphere of the game, you sould spell like a Russian In a way it's more realistic this way. Americans always butcher Eastern European/Russian names, just watch some NHL.
nlitement
It's most likely Bellic instead of Bellich because of the reference to "war like" from the Latin "bellum" meaning war and the suffix -ic.

Deema
Yep, I live in Ukraine, which is Eastern Europe too. Bell-itch is the right way to pronounce it. And second: NOBODY will ever will use Niko for short of Nikolai. It's Kolya, lol.
Swiechu
It's definetely Bell-itch, got couple of Croatian friends, all their surnames end with "-ic", which is spelled as "-itch". And same goes for Serbia, and Niko is prolly from Serbia.
