TheGuyFromThere
I have a toshiba a200-1bw laptop and am trying to increase the VRAM (i think its VRAM?) from whatever number it is to a higher one. You know, the 64 or 128MB allocation thing in the BIOS that you can increase and decrease. Now if I remember right it was in the BIOS > Advanced Settings. However, there are no Advanced settings in my BIOS and nothing that indicates graphics at all... so where is it? EDIT: Also, how do I enable/maximise Nvidia TurboCache? Saget
Hmm, it should be in the BIOS, somewhere. Did you try searching all the menus? |DeviantArt|Flickr|YouTube|#amf|
Rocketkiller
Laptop BIOSes are known to be horribly limited. Your best choice would be to find a modded BIOS or mod one yourself, you're on your own for that though. But to be honest, I wouldn't bother, the manufacturer set that limit for a reason, which is usually that the onboard video can't make use of any more RAM anyway. Turbocache should be automatically enabled if your card supports it.
