SPQR Stealth5 Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 Damn, turned on my 360 to have the "Error 74, Please contact Customer Support" phoned MS and they are sending a box, but i just tried the famous Towel Trick and it works But what are the chances of that, bricking on me a day before release? (1 day 5 hours) it will probably brick after a few hours of play... but carry on doing it and it will probably stay alive for a week or so, just so you can fit in some time to try out gta 4.... then send it in once it doesnt work anymore Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bik Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 Hey, I had the exact same error code with elite in November. I would restart it and it would work fine. I would get one right light and I eventually thought I might as well send it in because I had the warranty and I have 2 xbox's. I sent it Feb 26 got a box in 4 or 5 days. I live in Northern California. They had me call plenty of times. Told me it would be sent out in 48 hours and at the end I had to wait till April 5. Thats when I got it back.
