Peacfully arested?

Sory if this is a dumb question but say if u have a 1 star wanted level can u be arested peacfully without dying ? thanks

Both yes and no. I played the game so i know

 

If you lets say bump into a police car or drive a man over or some like that the Police will acutally point at u with the gun while you are in your can and tell you to get out. Doing so will result in a peaceful arrest if you do not try to run away or start shooting. If you start shooting at the cops they will take you down.

 

A cool new feature is u can use the cellphone and dial 911 to actually call the cops to your location, or the ambulance and fire dep if you seen a man being killed or something.. Also if driving a Police Car you can call for Backup

Not at the very beginning because the first like 10 missions is kinda tutorial Missions and in one of them u get a Phone from your Brother. but after that Yes..
