IIDeathCubeKII
I haven't been charged for it yet, but it still says dispatching soon.
FlyBoyP
This is what they did send me: Your credit card payment for the above transaction could not be completed. An issuing bank will often decline an attempt to charge a credit card if the name, expiry date, or postcode you entered at Amazon.co.uk does not exactly match the bank's information. And they did send me a link to their site to change my payment method. I didn't see what was wrong so I did just press Confirm and then did they send me one more E-mail. Thanks for updating the payment information for your order. Your order will be paid using the credit card that you selected. We will notify you via e-mail if further action is required on your part. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail message to confirm the date, contents and dispatch method. If you requested any additional changes to this order, you will receive a separate e-mail to confirm those changes. And my order still says: Dispatch estimate: 28 April 2008 Delivery estimate: 29 April 2008 - 30 April 2008 And nothing about dispatcing soon, but 28 april is pretty soon, isn't it? lol I got the same sh*t too man! My aunt got billed recently. I'm still suppose to be delivered by the 30th. f*cking gayyyyyy http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=333961 Regarding Order ***** from Amazon.com 1 of Grand Theft Auto IV Greetings from Amazon.com, We're writing to let you know that we are having difficulty processing your Mastercard (exp. 2009/03). We will try charging your credit card again shortly. It is not necessary to place a new order, but you may want to review the payment information for your order and make sure it is correct and current. To do this: 1. Go to our home page (www.amazon.com) then click "Your Account" on the top right menu. 2. Choose the option "Change payment method" (found under "View by Order" in the "Where's My Stuff" box). 3. Thank you for shopping at Amazon.com. FlyBoyP
I wrote to them last night. I'ma try and fix this sh*t ASAP. I know for a fact I won't have it now on the 30th.. damn Thank you for writing to us at Amazon.com. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of the credit card decline for your order and I do understand your concern in this regard. Please allow me to explain that your order(#***) has been put on hold because we have been unable to obtain authorization to charge your MasterCard (exp. 03/2009)(Tail: **). Before we can continue processing this order, you will need to provide us with an alternate method of payment. Please note updating a new credit card on your account will not automatically process the order which has been put on hold. To process the order that has been put on hold you have to change the payment method for that particular order. Please note that if we do not receive a new payment method within 3 days, the order will be cancelled due to your account security reasons. We are unable to keep the order open any longer than 3 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine exactly why your credit card was declined. A charge can be declined for a variety of reasons, some of which may not be related to the validity of the credit card. For example, sometimes a technical error during processing can cause a charge to decline. For this reason, we often try processing the charge again at a later time. You may want to contact your issuing bank to inquire about their policies regarding electronic or internet purchases. Some banks do place certain restrictions on such purchases, and this may be the source of the problem. However, it is now very sure that there is some problem with this card that we have been unable to find. There might be a slight typo or some other technical problem from our or bank's side. Hence, I will request you to please enter the complete payment details on this order. You may want to contact the issuing bank to resolve this matter. If you would prefer to update your credit card details or specify an alternate payment method for this order, you may do so online: 1. Click on the "Your Account" link at the top of our web site (http://www.amazon.com/your-account). 2. Click "Go!" next to "Open and recently shipped orders" and sign in with your e-mail address and password. 3. Click "View or change order" in the relevant order summary. 4. Click the "Change" button under "Payment Method" to update your credit card details, select another credit card from your account, or submit a new card number. 5. Be sure to click the "Confirm" button after making your change. If you prefer to call us with your credit card number, we can be reached via phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by visiting the Contact Us box in the right-hand column of our Help pages here: http://www.amazon.com/help Please have these details when you call: o your name as it appears on the credit card; o the complete credit card number; o the expiration date; and o your e-mail address or order number. I hope the above information resolves this issue to your satisfaction and again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of this. We appreciate your business and hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you for shopping at Amazon.com. azndvl
Can anyone print a screen and show me where it says Dispatcing soon, please? Dispatching seems to be a term the UK amazon site uses. If you're in the US (like me) it just says this: Shipment #1: Shipping Soon We are preparing these items for shipment and this portion of your order cannot be canceled or changed. Need information on returning an item? up at the top.
