Touge Union Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 in january it was my birthday so i got money inmy bank, then on feb 12 i happily pre ordered GTA4 with game.co.uk, today i checked my game account, and they rejected it! i had money i just dont understand how the pre order thing works, so, do they take the money from you when you pre order it, or do they take the money when it comes out im very annoyed and i need to vent lol Pre thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

xC0R3D4N Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 Yes, but what has happened is the following, the payment has being taken out of your bank, but ! it's not being 'paid' for, so basically, you've gone online and ordered this, and then you've gone and spent / bought more stuff on your card or w/e. Your bank may have noticed an unusual increase in activity in your bank account and rejected your payment. You may not have the correct funds in your bank to pay for the item. You may have put incorrect information in when purchasing. Your billing address and 3 digit security code are 2 easy ones to mess up if you're using a card. This has happened to me before and I know for sure I had a few grand in the bank. I still have no idea why it happened but it wasn't down to money.
