This scene does NOT exist in anyway, shape or form. How do I know this? Well because I'm the one who fabricated this rumor on the Whirlpool forums. This rumor is completely and utterly false. I made it up because I was bored as hell one afternoon and 48hrs later Kotaku and other big sites were reporting on it. I shouldn't have done it, it went to far. It started off as a "haha joke" and then people actually began to believe it. Now whenever rumors of GTA IV are discussed this fake scene is ALWAYS mentioned in someway. ENOUGH!
