Rockstar*Ren
Can anybody tell me how to do it and what are the over-all effects of doing it?
Seddo
To clear the cache on the 360, 1. Go to the Xbox Dashboard, select the System Blade, and select Memory. 2. Highlight the HD symbol and press Y. 3. Press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X. You will see a confirmation message to confirm system maintenance, proceed. When clearing the cache all downloaded game updates will be removed, so if you have downloaded an auto-update for a game, in order to play it on Xbox Live you will need to re-download it. Your game saves, profiles, demos, videos, etc are not affected in anyway.

Seddo
If your 360 is running slowly or choppy it just clears stuff and it's supposed to make it run smoother.

Yes I did and I searched for about 10 minutes and found nothing except some stupid page in spanish, which personally, is no help to me so I thought I'd come on here where there is people in the know and could answer my question straight up, I did it, got my answer and now I'm a happy motherf*cking bunny... ...And anyway it doesn't seem to of affected you that much seeing as I posted it way over an hour ago "FFS" so take your whiney little ass somewhere else and complain to someone who cares

Rockstar*Ren
Funny, I just searched it and got a sh^t load of results. Doesn't help that I'm stuck in a lobby in Lanzarote which has these sh*tty, untouchable computers which only have pre-designated sites that you can go on, luckily I used google to get here but the results come up in spanish for some reason despite the fact I typed it in english but meh...even if there were results I would still of come on here and asked someone mainly because it's easier and I can get more information, I mean it's not like I'm hurting anyone or anything is it? unless there's someone out there who has a weakness of "please help" type threads...like Kraptonite to Superbloke. Thorpe
Clearing the cache is not advised (that's why it is hidden in the first place). Since many game saves that were used with an auto-update rely on the code of that. If you take away that auto-update it really can just mess things up if you are going to play offline. Ah cheers for that, so does it just affect the game saves or will it make my games non-playable or something? @ doa kappatango: That is the reason I do it on here. think of one for: I D O N T G I V E A F L Y I N G F U C K
