Rockstar developers on XBL?

one of my friends has 4 people on his friends list with 'ROCKSTAR [name]' as their XBL name. and they all have the rockstar logo as their avatar. anyone know if they're the sort of people we'll have to kill to get the 'kill a rockstar developer' achievment?

 

if you're woundering, no, none of them have GTA IV as there played games.

 

also, anyone who has the game already, and a 360, how easy are the achievments?
